Dried tomatoes came to us from sunny Italy.
It was there that they began to be dried in the sun to be able to use their beneficial power every day. 1 kg of dried tomatoes is about 14 kg of fresh vegetables!
They contain large amounts of natural lycopene and vitamin C, which are powerful antioxidants. It is lycopene that gives tomatoes a beautiful red color. Interestingly, a processed vegetable (sauce, soup, ketchup) has more lycopene than raw.
Additionally, we can find vitamin E, K and B3 in them. The product is easy to use, it will add variety to many prepared dishes.
