Almond flour contains natural unsaturated fatty acids.

Almond flour is made in 100% by grinding blanched, unroasted almonds. It has a characteristic almond flavor and is very filling. It contains natural unsaturated fatty acids, a lot of protein, iron, vitamin E and B vitamins.

The flour does not contain gluten. It has a low GI and is much less caloric than wheat flour. It is recommended for people on a gluten-free diet and who cares about their figure.
